Bus, refuse or heavy-duty fleets can fuel easier at Trillium fueling stations with Trillium's fueling card and account. To apply for Trillium's fueling account, please complete the application, Fuel Card Worksheet and EFT Agreement documents below. Submit all three documents and a copy of a W9 to credit@loves.com.
